TO BOOK ACCESS TO THE WELLNESS AREA YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN TWO METHODS:

1. BOOKING DIRECTLY AT THE PROPERTY

You can purchase entrance tickets directly at reception: based on availability, we will make the reservation on site. 

Access to the wellness area is limited. Once the maximum number of admissions has been reached, tickets will no longer be available for purchase at the facility.

2. BOOKING VIA APP

RECOMMENDED SOLUTION
(ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AND IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER)

By booking through the app, you're guaranteed to reserve your spot in the sauna on the day and time you prefer (subject to availability).

2) ONCE INSTALLED, SCAN THE QR CODE BELOW, OR REGISTER MANUALLY BY ENTERING OUR CENTER CODE:

3) LOG IN WITH YOUR LOGIN CUSTOMER CREDENTIALS, OR REGISTER IF YOU'RE NOT YET A CUSTOMER

WHEN BOOKING:

• Choose the desired ticket based on the length of your stay;

• If purchasing multiple tickets, each must be booked individually;

• BOOK by choosing the day and time of arrival BEFORE PAYING;

• The app displays the days/times available for booking. Once the maximum number of bookings has been reached for a given day/time, it will no longer be visible or selectable from the app. Only after booking, GO TO CART and proceed with the purchase to confirm your booking;

• VERIFY YOUR RESERVATION: After payment, always check that your reservations are visible in the YOUR RESERVATIONS section. If nothing appears, go to YOUR PURCHASES, click on the CLOCK icon, and complete your booking;

CANCELLATIONS AND TERMS OF USE:

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our booking and cancellation terms and conditions;

• You can cancel up to 12 hours before your scheduled booking time: you can rebook by May 24, 2026;

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of admission;

• There are no refunds;

• Your chosen time is binding: we recommend arriving 10 minutes early;

• Any additional time will be calculated based on the end time of your booking;

• The app may require updates. If you haven't used it in a while, make sure you have the latest version.
