In Gym

A bright and cozy environment, that hosts free body courses using small tools. The ideal environment for physical activity, followed closely by our professionals.

Tonic Gym. As a group, length 45 '.

Great for those who want to integrate the tedious task with an activity that uses weight lifting and small tools, sculpting the body and defining a balanced muscle mass, without increasing excessively.

Step Gym. As a group, length 45 '.

A dynamic movements with music, spirited but low impact on joints, which improve the efficiency of the cardio-vascular system, looking for a trophic -tonic action, especially in the lower limbs.

Soft Gym. As a group, length 45 '.

Slow and controlled movements to mild impact on muscles, ligaments, and joints. Great for those who like to keep fit, or simply want to get away from a sedentary lifestyle, to gradually move closer to motor activity, or for those who want more attention from the operator during the exercise.

Stretch Gym. As a group, lenght 45'.

Gently awaken the body, stretching muscles to improve posture, reducing stress, achieving balance and muscle quality, improving coordination and proprioception, in order to prevent muscle and tendon injuries and improve range of motion.
